Mill Park Apartment is available as a holiday let in North Devon, located between Ilfracombe and Combe Martin.

A luxury spacious open plan apartment recently refurbished to a high standard, sleeping up to 8 in 4 bedrooms + facilities for a baby

A family room with tv, books and games where children can chill on the bean bags

  • Bedroom 1 consists of 1 king size bed, cot, sofa bed with en-suite
  • Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed with en-suite
  • Bedroom 3 consists of a double bed
  • Bedroom 4 consists of a single bed

Including two en-suite bathrooms and a main family bathroom. Three showers, one bath and one Jacuzzi!

The well stocked kitchen comprises of a dishwasher,washing machine, large cooker, large fridge-freezer & microwave.

All beds are made up for arrival, towels are supplied all you need to bring are your beach towels.

A comfy, cosy family orientated living space provides families and friends with the joy of an open living experience.

Off road parking is available.

It is situated above the main building of a touring site. A children’s play area, fishing lake, shop, bar, takeaway and a WII chill room are the facilities available on the site.

The use of an outdoor and indoor pool is also accessible at our sister site.

The surrounding environment is set in a woodland valley with a stream flowing through, bringing together a variety of local wildlife. Mill Park is set in the heart of natural outstanding coastal beauty.

This apartment is ideal for fishermen as the park has a one acre stream fed fishing lake.

Also ideal for a group of surfers, families/friends looking for a peaceful break and walkers as the area is excellent for its award winning costal walks.

Within close reach of a range of attractions including some of the finest beaches in North Devon and fun family filled activities.

It is a family run site with friendly staff!
