- All pitch prices include 2 people. In addition to a 3 man tent either a pup tent or gazebo is allowed. Max size tent - 6 berth per pitch with no pup tent 01· gazebo allowed. Large tents will require 2 pitches, please pre-book this otherwise we will not be able to accommodate you.
- Any extras i.e pup tent/gazebo, including your tent must fit into the pitch size 20ft x 27ft. Please advise us in advance if you have an extra large tent/ unit/continental caravan/motorvan (you will need to book two pitches). We recommend booking in advance in high season.
- We regret there are no refunds in the event of cancellation or leaving early.
- Occasionally a situation may arise where we have to switch pre-booked pitches due to unforseen circumstances but we will do our best at all times to accommodate your requests, this also applies to group bookings.
- During the main season we are unable to change pre-booked pitches.
- No Halogen Heaters Permitted
- We do have a sister company which do have an indoor swimming pool.- In Low/Early Mid Season we can SOMETIMES provide vouchers for a swim at their indoor pool(SUBJECT TO AVAILABILTY).
Booking Conditions
- 1. The site and its facilities are used entirely at guests own risk, this includes laundry equipment. No liability is accepted by us in respect of any person or property.
- Your bookings constitute a legal contract and once made you are responsible for the total pitch fees. The balance of all money due according to the booking made must be paid in full as follows:-
- Should any balance fees owing not be received when due, 28 days before arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-let the pitch. All bookings made within 28 days of arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking. Under no circumstances will any money be refunded, therefore we strongly recommend you consider taking holiday cancellation insurance, Any cancellation must be made ill writing.
- Pitches are available from 12 noon. You must vacate your pitch by 10.00 am.
- 3. Children are the responsibility of their parents. Parents must ensure that no children under 18 consume alcohol on site.
- 4. Dogs are accepted on the following conditions only:
- a) Maximum 2 dogs per booking.
- b) They must be kept on a lead at all times and must be exercised in the field provided; any fouling must be collected and disposed of.
- c) They are not allowed in or around the shop/toilets.
- d) They are never left on site unattended.
- 5. The following are not permitted:-
- a) Open fires or ground level barbecues
- b) Generators
- 6. In consideration to all our customers we ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Please escort your children back to your pitch once leaving on-site facilities, during the evening.

- We Reserve the right to:-
Refuse acceptance or terminate the visit of persons whose conduct we consider detrimental to our site or our Customers. Alter, postpone or cancel any facilities for reasons beyond our control.
